Firms that have a high level of web-surveys can install the 1by1 Results Net software on their own servers; others can install the questionnaire development software but use 1by1 to provide a fault-tolerant, load-balanced server farm for hosting the surveys.
Firms with low need for web surveys can use RONIN's full service capability, where we will program and host the surveys without the firm's need to acquire the software.
Firms who conduct personal interviews can use the Results for Research software from notebook PCs, PDAs, cell phones or kiosks over the Internet.
