This product works closely with Results Net and provides an integrated, personalized bulk email system. After the text for the email is developed, including logical variables, the system merges sample data (email address, name, when the person last took a survey, etc.) into a custom email and sends these out. Embedded URLs or IDs and Passwords are intrinsically linked to the sample file. A truncated URL is used since many email packages will not deliver long URLs.

Many bulk email systems do not handle double-byte characters (e.g. Kanji) and even those which do often revert to single byte charcters for the "Subject" line of the email which can cause significant decrease in response rates.

The Results sample file is automatically updated and this is used to trigger "non response" follow-ups automatically. The system can also be used to trigger follow up of "partially completed" interviews.
