The Results software includes an online reporting package that allows project managers (and even clients) to review the data from the study, either while it is in the field or after fieldwork has been completed. The software allows:

• Project status reporting – completion rates by quota, average time of interviews, performance against sample, etc.
• Data analysis – results of the interviewing as a Top-Line Report for one or more questions, or the entire questionnaire. Filtered data can be delivered, e.g., data for a particular region, for respondents who were dissatisfied, class of customer type, etc.
• ResultsAnalyzer - a user friendly tool for non-technical people who wish to construct TopLine reports including selecting questions to be included and using filters to access all or sub-sets of the data set.
• Quick table – providing a simple two-way cross tabulation of two fields in the questionnaire.

The On Line Reports are accessed from a browser using a URL string that identifies the data and filter required. It is a simple matter to set up a secure Client Information Portal where project managers or clients can decide which of a set of optional reports they require, click on each and be delivered the report which can be read, printed or "cut and pasted" into MS Word or Excel.

Additionally, full cross tabulations and a range of other reports can be produced in a batch mode.

Reports can be produced in any language used in the questionnaire.
